By creating an account or using the Klopio Chrome extension or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Klopio is a Gmail email tracker detection and blocking service operated in Ontario, Canada. The service consists of a Chrome browser extension and a web application at klopioapp.com. All email content processing occurs locally on your device — Klopio does not read, store, or transmit your email content.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Klopio. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you use Klopio on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access Klopio's features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@klopioapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably determine pose a risk to the service or other users.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No payment method is required during the trial. The trial begins on the date your account is created.
When the 30-day trial ends, all Klopio features are suspended. The service will not function without an active paid subscription. No free tier is offered after the trial period ends.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Cancel Subscription button in your account dashboard at klopioapp.com/account.html. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
After the free trial, a paid subscription is required to use Klopio. Refunds are only provided in cases of verified technical issues that prevent use of the service. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time. To request a refund, contact us at support@klopioapp.com.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers by email. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Klopio, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of Klopio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Your use of Klopio is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Klopio integrates with third-party services for authentication and payment processing. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Klopio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, including Google authentication or payment processing services. Klopio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.
Klopio makes its best efforts to ensure the service is reliable, maintains good uptime, and minimizes bugs. However, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that all email tracking pixels will be detected or blocked — tracker techniques evolve constantly and no tool can guarantee complete detection. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Klopio provides the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klopio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, regardless of the cause or theory of liability.
Klopio's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you actually paid to Klopio in the 30 days immediately before the claim arose. If you have not paid any fees — for example, if you are on a free trial — Klopio's liability is zero.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, in which case liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted in that jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold Klopio harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes. We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time directly through your account dashboard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms may be updated or revised at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
